Pen and watercolours of a variety of delicious cakes! The paintings were commissioned as petit fours for a larger exhibition in the Blue Mountains. The description for my cakes reads... 'As a young girl, I was filled with awe when one of Aunt Em's multi-tiered wedding cakes had its unveiling - minuscule beadings and Arctic almond icing-sugar, marzipan roses with feathery silver leaves took me to places where it snowed at midnight. Aunt Em learnt to bake from her mother. My cakes are dedicated to the women who like to bake to those who are happy for others to do so!' I hope you find them tasty too and put them on your walls to enjoy!
