Being a landscape designer gives me exposure to a large variety of trees, shrubs and perennials. I find that I am intrigued by the new introductions every year. I select a few of them to plant in my yard to see how they perform. I like plants that change with the seasons offering flowers, fruit, foliage color, and winter interest.
