I am a recent Fine Arts graduate, where most of my work implies discharging my pop cultural references, that have infiltrated unstably in my head, as a young adult. Some of these pieces were not essentially made to homage or with the intention to make fan art; instead, I find the reason I payed the amount of attention on to these figures is because through their music, movies or personal relations, the portrayed have been present during the work process. My initial step into making some of the pieces is grabbing pictures from photo shoots done to the portrayed or pictures I've taken myself, and either using them as reference for a shape/ photomontage or simply adapting it to my perspective. I am still learning and growing in the art community, in which I am now working my aspirations to the next level in this new chapter of my life.. Always on the search for another rotten trend a.k.a A.R.T.
